A delicious Tropical Smoothie that will have your taste buds dancing with Joy! You will need:

• Blender [Need one of these?]
• 1x Ripe Paw-Paw
• 1x Banana
• 1x Small pot of Natural Yogurt (Plain)
• Half a Cup of Milk

The amount listed should serve one person and allow a little extra for a quick fix later on or if you are just in thirsty for more!

Step 1
The First step is to chop the Paw-Paw and Banana into segments. Add them to the Blender. Set at a slow speed to allow the contents to juggle together and mix well.

Step 2
After 30 seconds, stop the Blender and add the Milk and Yogurt. Blend at a moderate to high speed for 20 seconds.

Step 3
Enjoy the Tropical Taste!

NOTE: This Smoothie can be made on the night prior to drinking it to save time. Simply follow these same instructions and place in a Fridge overnight.
