Kick start your day with this delicious, energy-boosting filler. Strawberry & Honey Crumble
Smoothie is packed with natural sugars to give you the morning energy you need. The oats are packed with slow-release carbohydrates to keep you feeling full till lunch. Here is what you will be needing:
- Blender [Need
one of these?]
- 4-7 Strawberries
- Cup of Oats/Muesli
- 2 tbsp of Honey
- 2x tbsp of plain
Yogurt
- Cup of Milk
Step 1
This step is simply to gather your ingredients and prepare them. The Strawberries
need their green stalks/leaves removed.
Step 2
Place the strawberries in the blender along with the cup of Milk
you have prepared and the oats/muesli. Set to blend at a moderate speed.
Step 3
Once the contents are mixed thoroughly, stop the blender and add the yoghurt, as well as the honey. Blitz in the blender for 10 seconds until you are left with a delicious morning fill!
Step 4
Check the mixture, and blend till satisfied. Enjoy!
