Raspberry and Pommegranate  

 

   
 

One of my top picks, this Smoothie is great tasting, and provides your body with bags of energy! Great for lunch at work or school and a fantastic way to start your five-a-day!

  • Blender [Need one of these?]
  • 8x Red Grapes
  • 2x Handful of Raspberries
  • Handful of Cranberries
  • 1x Banana
  • Cup of Apple Juice
  • 1x Pomegranate

The amount listed should serve one person and allow a little extra for a quick fix later on or if you are just in thirsty for more!

Step 1
The First step is prepare the pommegranite! I have attached a video to help you with this as it can be quite tricky if its your first time.

Step 2
After preparing the Pommegranate, throw all the ingredients into the blender and blast it for around 30 seconds.

Step 3
Add some crushed ice if desired, but this is optional. Set the Blender to a high speed for 10 seconds

Step 4
Check the mix is at a consistency you are happy with! If it's not, go ahead and add more grapes or berries to thinnen it, or perhaps some plain natural yoghurt to thicken it

Step 5
