This
Morning shake is perfect for Breakfast or a snack meal replacement. It
combines Sugars and Carbs for long, slow-releasing Energy. So here is is
what you will need:
- Blender [Need
one of these?]
- 1 Banana
- 1 Tablespoon of Honey
- Half a Cup of Oats
- Half a Cup of Plain Yogurt
- 1 Cup of Milk
The amount listed should serve one person
and allow a little extra for a quick fix later on or if you are just in
thirsty for more!
Step 1
The First step is to chop the Banana into segments and place them in the
blender along with the cup of Milk. Set at a low speed and leave to
blend whilst you complete the next Step.
Step 2
Add the tablespoon of Honey and the Oats to the mix after around 30
seconds, or when the Banana has been chopped nicely.
Step 3
Allow this to mix for around 45 seconds. The Honey is thick and binding,
so distributing it around the mix will require a little longer mixing
time.
Step 4
Add the Plain Yogurt to thicken, and mix for another 30 seconds. Pour
and Enjoy!
