Midday Blues Smoothie

This recipe is based around the delicious blueberry and utilizes its anti-dioxants to boost immunity. A great energy boosting lunchtime smoothie recipe and extremely quick to make!

  • Blender [Need one of these?]
  • 1 cup of Frozen Blueberries
  • 2 Tablespoons of natural live yogurt
  • 1 cup of fresh Orange juice
  • A handful of Ice

The amount listed should serve one person.

Step 1
The First step is blend the Ice so that its crushed. I recommend adding the orange juice here to provide some moisture to mix the ice.

Step 2
Add the yogurt and blueberries, blend for 30 seconds. I recommend pulsing the mix every so often to really get the contents mixed up.

Step 3
Pour and Enjoy!
