Melon Madness  

 

   
 

This Smoothie is bursting with Vitamin B6 which helps prevent such skin conditions as Eczema, Dandruff and Psoriasis. Its also very refreshing, and is great to enjoy before or after a workout!

  • Blender [Need one of these?]
  • 1 cup of Watermelon
  • Handful of Strawberries
  • 1x Natural Live Yogurt (Plain)
  • 1x Pear

The amount listed should serve one person and allow a little extra for a quick fix later on or if you are just in thirsty for more!

Step 1
The First step is to cut the Watermelon into small segments. Note that some people do not like the seeds in their Smoothies. This is optional, but its recommended you keep them in as they are excellent for the digestive system.

Step 2
Remove the leaves/stalks from the Strawberries. Remove the core from the Pear and chop into small segments.

Step 3
Set the Blender to a high speed for 20 seconds, reducing to Medium speed for a further 20 seconds.

Step 4
Add the Natural Yogurt, and set Blender to moderate speed for 30 seconds.

Step 5
Pour and Enjoy!
