Here
is a Protein packed solution for post-workout. Ideal for packing on
strong, quality muscle and goes down well.
- Blender [Need
one of these?]
- 2 Scoops of Chocolate
Designer Protein (whey protein)
- 1 Scoop of N-R-G
protein powder (soy, casein, whey, egg proteins)
- 1 Whole Egg
- 2 Tablespoons of
Macadamia Nut Oil
- 2 Cups of Water
- 6-8 crushed Ice Cubes
The amount listed should serve one person
and allow a little extra for a quick fix later on or if you are just in
thirsty for more!
Step 1
Add the Whey Protein and N-R-G Protein scoops to the Blender. Crack an
Egg into the mix and turn on the Blender to a moderate speed setting.
Allow the mix to blend into a thick substance.
Step 2
After around 1 minute, the mix will be sufficiently blended, and we now
need to add the Macadamia Nut Oil. This will really overpower the taste
of the Egg, which will help you to consume it easier. Blast the mix
around the Blender in short burst on high speed for 10 seconds.
Step 3
Add the cups of Water and Crushed Ice Cubes - Set the Blender on a high
speed to allow the mix to blend with the water.
Step 4
After around 20-40 seconds the mix will be primed. Pour into a glass and
consume in one go. This is a protein power shake, and should be consumed
as fast as possible to prevent the decaying of the proteins.
