An
Exotic Smoothie recipe, proving your body with a healthy fruit intake,
accounting for nearly three whole portions of fruit! All you need now is
a sun lounger and the pool! Go grab these:
- Blender [Need
one of these?]
- 1x Banana
- 1x Mango (Preferably
Ripe)
- 1x Natural Yogurt
(Plain)
- Half a Cup of Coconut
Milk
- 1 Cup of Milk
The amount listed should serve one person
and allow a little extra for a quick fix later on or if you are just in
thirsty for more!
Step 1
The First step is to chop the Banana, and Mango into small segments. Add
these to the Blender and then pour the cup of Milk in. Set the blender
to a moderate speed.
Step 2
Whilst the Blender is doing its thing, we want to gather the half cup of
Coconut Milk. Tinned is fine, but if possible - the taste is much better
when its 100% natural.
Step 3
After the Coconut Milk is ready, stop the Blender and add both the
Coconut Milk and Yogurt to the mix. Set at a moderate speed for 20
seconds, then switch to the highest setting for another 20 seconds.
Step 4
Check the mix is nice and thick
