Im sure if you have tried using smoothies as part of a balanced diet, you will have found results with whatever goal you are aiming to achieve. For many of you this is weight loss, for others muscle building and perhaps the rest of you guys are just looking to get your five-a-day. Well the time has come where you can let off some much needed steam and treat yourself to a smoothie for Christmas. This is not a healthy smoothie, so please do not consider this recipe on a regular basis! However, it is extremely tasty and something the whole family will enjoy over the festive period... The amount listed should serve one person. I recommend you multiply the ingredients by the number of people you are serving. Easy on the Baileys though!
